Home Paradises, LLC, a real estate firm based out of the City of Commerce, is in the midst of construction on a new multifamily residential complex in MacArthur Park. Leeward Plaza, now rising from a .85-acre site at 2925-2951 W. Leeward Avenue, will consist of a five-story building featuring 80 apartments, a parking garage and residential amenities. The project will offer a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom unitsranging between 663 and 1,764 square feet. Renderings portray a contemporary five-story building, clad with stucco. A completion date for the development is unclear.
