More Mixed-Use on Santa Monica Boulevard
Los Angeles-based real estate firm CIM Group has filed plans to construct a residential-retail complex on the site of a shuttered car dealership in West Los Angeles. The proposed mixed-used development would rise from an approximately 1.33-acre site at 11752 W. Santa Monica Boulevard, replacing a series of vacant structures that once housed Beurge Chrysler Jeep. Plans call for a five-story structure which would feature 187 residential units above nearly 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 316-car garage.
