A flyover video offers a sneak peak at 4th & Traction, Hudson Pacific Properties’ (HPP) new creative office building in the Arts District. The project, named for its location at 4th Street and Traction Avenue, is refurbishing the historic West Coast headquarters of the Coca Cola Company as 130,000 square feet of commercial offices and approximately 25,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  A 300-car parking garage is now in the midst of construction adjacent to the 101-year-old building. HPP purchased the property last June from Atlas Capital Group, the New York-based real estate firm which took over the portfolio of the shuttered Downtown developer Evoq Properties.  Their project joins a slew of office conversions now taking shape in the Arts District, including the former Ford Factory that will soon become the new Los Angeles headquarters for Warner Music Group. 4th & Traction sits immediately south of a 950 E. Third Street, a $215-million project from Legendary Development and Fairfield Residential that will include 472 apartments and 22,000 square feet of ground-floor shops and restaurants.
