An L-shaped site in Panorama City is slated for redevelopment as a collection of small lot homes. The project, slated for a property at 14701-14719 W. Plummer Street, is slated for 28 small lot homes by Los Angeles-based firm AG Plummer, LLC. Architectural plans on file with the Department of City Planning show a variety of floor plans, each of which would feature a two-car garage. Renderings of the project, which is designed by Pasadena-based J.M. Kivotos & Associates, portray a series of blue- and green-colored structures, clad with stucco and metal sidings. Private green space, accessible only to residents, would be interspersed throughout the property. A timeline for the small lot development is unclear. The Los Angeles City Planning Commission is scheduled to review the project later this week. Planning staff have recommended that the Commission endorse the development.
