Targeting a 2017 completion date, construction has gone vertical for an 18-story tower near the LACMA campus. Wilshire at Crescent Heights, named for its location at Wilshire and Crescent Heights Boulevards, will include 158 residential units and 6,850 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project will offer a mixture of one- and two-bedroom dwellings, penthouse suites and parking accommodations for up to 423 vehicles. The 255-foot tower, designed by Steinberg Architects, will come with residential amenities such as a fitness center, bike storage, a swimming pool, a rooftop garden and a small pocket park along Crescent Heights Boulevard.
