Affordable Homes Nearing Completion in Lynwood
Non-profit homebuilder Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) is nearing completion on a new residential development in the City of Lynwood. The project, located at 3305 Magnolia Avenue, consists of new constructed single-family dwellings as well as renovation of several nearby houses, a church and commercial buildings. “We are excited that our seven homes on Magnolia Avenue are nearing completion and would like to express our gratitude to all of our volunteers, sponsors and the City of Lynwood who have made this development possible,” said Erin Rank, Habitat LA President and Chief Executive Officer.
