New Apartments Ready for Move-Ins in Larchmont Village

Micropolitan, the development subsidiary of the engineering firm Psomas, has begun pre-leasing for December move-ins at its latest development in Larchmont Village. The Micropolitan at Larchmont Village, designed by Killefer Flammang Architects, consists of a four-story structure at 5825 Camerford Avenue. The project, located a short distance from Paramount Pictures, features 34 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in addition to amenities such as a rooftop deck and a pet spa. Individual units include large windows, walk-in closets and high-quality finishes.

Checking in on the LC Apartments

In Spring 2013, the West LA-based California Landmark Group broke ground on the LC, an 84-unit mixed-use development at the northern end of Larchmont Boulevard. Fast forward to Winter 2014, and the $40 million development now rises four stories above Melrose Avenue, eradicating what was formerly a vacant lot. With just under 3,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space, the LC adds more feet on the ground in an already-walkable section of the Hollywood neighborhood.

Mixed-Use Development Takes Form Near Larchmont Village

Local real estate developer California Landmark is finishing exterior work on the LC, a new residential-retail complex which straddles the border between Hollywood and Larchmont Village. The $40 million project consists of three-and-four-story buildings on a 1.25-acre property bounded by Melrose, Camerford and El Centro Avenues. The project, located at the northern terminus of Larchmont Avenue, consists of 85 one-and-two-bedroom apartments, approximately 3,500 square feet of street-level restaurant space and an underground parking garage.

First Look Inside the LC Apartments

Local property developer California Landmark Group (CLG) has completed work on the LC, a new residential-retail complex at the northern edge of Larchmont Village. The four-story building is located on an approximately 1.25-acre property bounded by bounded by Melrose, Camerford and El Centro Avenues. The low-rise structure contains a total of 85 apartments, situated above 3,500 square feet of street-level retail space and a subterranean parking garage. The LC includes a mixture of one-and-two-bedroom dwellings which range from 600 to 1,100 square feet in floor area.
