Small Lot Subdivision Planned in Highland Park
According to documents published by the Los Angeles Department of City Planning (LADCP), Santa Clarita-based developer Williams Homes is planning to build a new small lot subdivision in Highland Park. The proposed development, dubbed the Highland Park Townhomes, would rise from a vacant .9-acre property at 5101-5123 East Echo Street. Plans call for the construction of 24 single-family residences within a series of six townhouse style structures. Each residential unit would include four bedrooms, as well as a two-car parking garage and a rooftop amenity deck.
