Small Lots Homes with Retail Underway in Eagle Rock
Warmington Residential, a family-owned home builder operating out of Orange County, has broken ground on the E.R.B., a mixed-use development located in the heart of Eagle Rock. The project, which is rising at the intersection of Eagle Rock and York Boulevards, will consist of 45 small lot homes with a new wrinkle: ground-level store fronts. Seven of the buildings fronting Eagle Rock Boulevard will feature retail stalls up to 500 square feet in size below two floors of living space.
